Applications of tea with chilblain

OAK CRUST Cortex Quercus Quercus robur (L.) Quercus petraea (matt.)
As bath salts with chilblain.
Bath addition for partial baths: Boil 500g oak crust and pour over with 3 litre water, heat up for simmering, let cook for 10 min., add water to the bath.
Use for compress with weeping ekzema.
Compress: Boil: 1-2 tablespoons of Oak crust pour over with 1/2 litre water, heat up for simmering, Cook for 5 min.Renew compress, as soon as it starts drying (approx. every 15-20 minutes).
 

HORSETAIL (tin herb) Herba Equiseti arvensis Equisetum arvense (L.)
Chilblain, skin illness.
Brew: 2 teaspoons. pour over with 1/4 litre boiling water, 30 min. let stand. Drink 1 cupful in the morning and in the evening for several weeks.
Do not use with edemas due to reduced heart- and kidney activity.
Externally: bath: 100g herb pour over with 1 litre boiling water, 1 hour let stand, add water to the bath.
Note: Danger of poisoning when self picking because of mistake with other kinds of HORSETAIL.
