Application of tea

St. John´s wort Herba Hyperici Hypericum perforatum (L.)
Nervousness, disturbed sleep, easy depressive detuning, menopausal trouble,
Brew: 2 teaspoon st. john´s wort pour over with 1/4 litre boiling water. Let stand 10 min. Drink 1 cupful 2-3 times daily.
Take tea cure for several weeks.

Avoid intensive exposure to the sun, since st. john´s wort makes the skin photo-sensitive. This shows up in the form of sunburn like inflammations of the skin, which were exposed to stronger sunshine.

 

SALBEI Folia Salviae Salvia officinalis (L.)
Boil:
Pour over 3 teaspoons of Salbei leaves with 1/4 litre cold water, heat up to simmering, let stand 10 min. Drink 2-3 times daily 1 cupful. Don´t take for too long a time. Not suitable for stomach-sensitive (stomach lining irritating). During overdosing (more than 15g Salbei leaves per Brew) or continuous' application heat feeling, accelerated heartbeat, strong thirst and mouth dryness can occur.
