Sunburn

Symptoms with sunburn can be nausea or vomiting. Caution with neck rigidity. Headache, fever with shivers, blistering or turning red and strong pain likewise can occur or hot head, sleepyness, whistling in the ears or anxiety in the chest.

Immediately into the shade!

Caution with neck rigidity, immediately call for physician.

With small children always consult a physician.

Take further medical assistance when:
Nausea or vomiting
Headache
when fever with shivers
with blisterings or turning red and strong pain

cool showers - with children not to long time because of undercooling -
drink much

with fever make damp calf-compresses.

Keep head in high position.

Give cold quark or yogurt compresses on the concerned skin portions
or
rub the skin portions in with a cut open tomato.

mix the juice of a lemon with olive oil and beat until frothy and lay onto the concerned skin ranges.
or
cabbage leaf overlay: One takes a fresh leaf of a cabbage, crush the hard branchings and puts the leaf onto the place which can be treated. Leave there as long , until the leaf has warmed up, then replace by a fresh one.
