sunstroke

High-red, hot head, feeling of dizziness, nausea or vomiting, possibly even rigid neck can occur with sunstroke. Further symptoms: Face high-red, vomiting, rigid view, breath restraining. Also one finds dizziness, faint danger, lack of energy and headache with sunstroke.

Sunstroke by to strong exposure to the sun directly on the head or necks.

Recognizably through: high-red, hot head, feeling of dizziness, nausea or vomiting, possibly even rigid neck.

 

Immediately into the shade and keep head in high position.

Wrap wet, cold cloth around head and neck, no ice on the head!

Caution:
in heavy cases mortal danger because of swelling of the brain. Immediately call a physician!

Give to drink: ISO drink, mineral water, water or tea, nothing alcoholic. In any case: add table salt to the beverage.

Dissolve a teaspoon ful of table salt in a glass of water. Give to drink a sip.of it every 10 minutes
